As I am clueless it can also be interpreted as a continuation where she has to fill in the options.

my thoughts (if I would be playing a game when the call came): I'll go to that place there, get the weapon, go back, pick up the chest, go back to town, sell my inventory (I need space, yes I need space), enchant my leggings, ohh jeah i forgot to speak to that guy in the cave... need to go back... that's what I need to do now.
