Chewing?

Strangely enough, I used to chew on the likes of T-shirts when I was younger, but not anymore... Now I find myself picking or fiddling. If I'm not picking my nails, it's my toenails, my lip or even my nose. It's a disgusting habit. When I'm not doing any of those, I'm spinning my pen in one hand, typing on a computer or writing.

In the past, I chewed on my t-shirts. Nowadays, I absolutely devastate any pen I come in contact with. I also use spoons from my coffee cups, but I get the feeling they're damaging my teeth. Without any peripheral, I have to resist grinding my teeth.
