NTs need social activity to stay physically healthy?

Wow, I'm the opposite of that. Being around people causes me to sweat, fidget excessively, and become tense. When I'm alone, I feel relaxed and comfortable because everything is predictable in my environment. I don't think socializing is good for my health. Therefore, I only do it when I have a purpose, or for the sake of being actively engaged with my special interest and/or learning something and/or educating someone about something. I prefer to spend my time alone simply because there's less to deal with.

Fine, I'll go for a nice brisk walk on my own. I don't need someone chatting in my ear or distracting me from looking at nature as I walk.

Yes, atrophy and such, but that is irrelevant.
The point is that supposedly, NTs can go out and exercise all they want, if they do not get social interaction, their health will become worse.
