Ethanol is corrosive and requires extra handling procedures to keep it from destroying the engine. It's already been done.

i did think recently of using satalites.

we set up two ring of 16 satalites in counter rotating orbits and we place a magnet on each the we have them pass each other thus creating an electric current. as long as the orbits were geostationry then it would be reletivly simple to go and `harvest` the electricity.

or my other idea which is a bit more well, interesting. we fit a great big line to a satalite and we make a track around the whole world then we tie a cord between the too so the satalite puls the cord which pull a cart along the tract and the we put gereators around the track so the gerate electric as the car passes.
