That seems pretty normal.

o_O

I don't know how old you are, but when I was conceived there wasn't a lot of information readily available concerning this stuff. Even if my parents were aware of having any autistic traits there's no way they would have known they might pass on AS to a child. Where would you draw the line? Autistic traits can pop up all over someone's family tree and manifest themselves differently for each individual. Should entire families stop procreating to be safe?

Parents are just people. My mother and I aren't close but I'd never blame her for wanting me...

Never! Being autistic isn't anyone's fault. It's just something that happens. I love my parents very much, and I know they try their hardest to make sure I'm happy and healthy. I have virtually no reason to be angry with them or blame them for anything.

Ofcourse I don't blame them for CAUSING whatever is ultimately wrong with my brain
as they obviously didn't do so intentionally.

I blame them for alot of other things....but why would I blame them for procreating?

I'm sure they were expecting a perfectly happy and healthy child.....just like most parents do.

Well.....life gave them an extremely unhappy lemon instead.

I wish my mother would've opted for abortion though.

I would.....if that hateful cosmic tyrant and sadist actually existed.

If he did....he would be the only being who actually deserves
eternal punishment.

I'd sooner shake hands with Hitler than some omnipotent, omniscient,
monster responsible for all this unspeakable misery and horror in existence.

Who CREATED Hitler after all?

Who knew....thanks to his omniscience....exactly what Hitler would become
prior to creating him?

Where was this miserable swine of a god when children were being murdered in the gas chambers and SS men were laughing about it?

His supposed omniscience and omnipotence would be the very qualities
that make him responsible.

God has no justification.....zero.

"If there is a god-a proposition that the wise are neither concerned
to deny nor hot to affirm-nothing is more obvious than that for
some purpose known only to himself he has ordered all the arrangements
of this world utterly regardless of the temporal needs of man. This earth
is about the worst that a malevolent ingenuity, an unquickened apathy, or
an extreme incapacity could have devised".

Ambrose Bierce

"Even if god existed...it would necessary to abolish him".

Mikail Bakunin

"Theism is incompatible with the responsibility of a moral being because in theism responsibility always falls back on the Creator of that being.....If our will is free it is also original being, and vice versa."

Arthur Schopenhauer

"As for religion, I am quite devoid of it. The act of worship, as carried on by Christians, seems to me to be debasing rather than ennobling. It involves groveling before a being, who, if he really exists, deserves to be denounced instead of respected."

H. L. Mencken

My sentiments exactly....god can rot in hell :x

I once had a go at my parents after reading Freud for the first time. It didn't go down well.

My parents did not select my genes, and I'm not angry about my AS anyway.
