Easily, for years it was peanut butter and jam sandwhiches or tomato soup and then it was mini frozen pizzas heated.

I do when I can. McDonald's every day is my idea of heaven.

I also eat weird stuff every day if I can. For years (and I may start doing it again now that I'm so poor) my dinner was half a pack of instant mashed potatoes, mixed with ketchup, and accompanied by several cheesestrings or a block of mozzarella cheese.

As a kid, mashed potatoes were all I would willingly eat. Anything else had to be forced into me. Now that I'm older, I try to be more adventurous and spontaneous but usually just stick to my two favorites: chicken salad and curry. Even when I go out to eat, I find myself falling into a rut no matter how many times I promise myself to try something new from the menu.

I would blame this on the fact that I have celiac disease and thus have to be careful with what I eat, but honeslty I know it's more of an aspie trait. My whole family has celiac disease and they manage eat a varied diet. I'm the only one who has repetitive eating habits and as far as I know, I'm the only aspie.

My diet varies very little. I've tuned it so I only eat what I believe gives maximum nutrition for cost.

I pretty much could; on my own pretty much do. Even more so likely Aspie nephew in law. Lived for about 6 months one place [catered] before I realized their menu repeated on a strict fortnightly cycle [high point was the oxtail stew, low point the chicken liver with rice / chicken on rice WITH potatos/ all the bread you choose to eat and for desert BREAD PUDDING! Starch anyone?]

I would eat NOTHING if I could.

Much like sex....food is a totally animalistic and vacuous pleasure IMO and it's annoying and incovenient to have to worry about it all the time.

But alas....it's an inextricable part of the ridiculous mortal coil and the whole thing is pretty hateful and absurd to me.

Any god who designed the whole thing would be an incompetent boob of cosmic proportions.

I could eat chicken, rice and corn for supper, every night if I could. My favourite simple meal, to cook and eat. :D

I have macaroni nearly every day
With the same drink, as well. Sparkly water with orange juice!

I do eat the same thing everyday for long periods of time. Food routines give me a feeling of order.

I would all the time, but I like a variety these days.

I eat pretty much the same two or three things over and over again.

I make the same omelette for breakfast every day. On the weekends I have bacon & eggs. If I discover that the ingredients are missing, I scale from slight irritation up to potential meltdown depending on the amount of sleep I've had.

I make the same salad for lunch every day for weeks on end, then change to a slightly different salad for weeks on end, then switch back. My workmates actually poke fun about it.

I struggle with dinners. I'll happily cook the same thing for dinner every night, but if the ingredients aren't in the fridge or cupboard, I'll pick at whatever food is available; this makes my doctor rather cranky, as it generally blows out my caloric intake. The problem is that most nights I'm too exhausted to make the effort to come up with another meal if my preferred meal isn't available.

Yes...yes...I eat like that, too!

For the longest time, I would eat a small bag of Cheez-It, a cookie, and a bottle of juice. Now I'm HOOKED on Garden Salsa Sun Chips!

For meals, I like to eat the same thing everyday until it's all gone! 'Specially if it's fried chicken or roast beef!
