I totally freak out when I loose my concentration and I start sweating and shutting down even more.

I can concentrate for a bit, then I tell myself that I will take a break. I proceed to do so and then enter the procrastination stage. Usually I end up finishing it right in school, or before my teacher collects it, (Yes, right in the very classes it's due for). It for the most part occurs less in things that I like and more so in school projects, and the dreaded chemistry homework. Lately, I make use of long video game load times to finish. The only use the loadtime for Battlefield 2 has ;)
