Gotcha - Kewl! I like that.

Thanks-I'm still loving "deadpan walking"; that needs to be on a teeshirt.
Speaking of such, I want a picture of Buster Keaton on a shirt, because we both walk around with the same non expression.

Autism spectrum.
Funny thing is nobody else is/was surprised either.

Pistonhead - Perfect for me. Explains that I like cars.

Epitome - Cryptic but laced with meaning, like me. Kinda narcissistic.

SixCylinder - Sounds kinda dumb but it's more reflective of my interests than even PistonHead

Yikes - mine too!

Some days (more than I care to mention) it would also fit me quite well. However, I'll stick with what I have - a little riddle for those who "know the story".

Brainfre3ze_93 I picked that username for several reasons. One: It's fun to say, Two: I really like my brain, and Third: I like to freeze things in liquid nitrogen, I don't get to do that often, so when I do it's fun! :D . As for the underscore and 93... just random things that pop into my head.

I used to play games online when the original Half-Life was still big, and my screen name was BlastMaster. I used it for a couple of forums and it eventually got shortened to Blasty.

Also, I like guns!

I too wasn't in my creative mode when I was trying to figure out a username.
I didn't want to use the username I'm using elsewhere, so I thought and couldn't really come up with anything.
Then a thought stroke me about people saying to me: "Oh, you're so special" (in a good way), and then I thought: "Oh, I'm The Special Kid", since I was a teenager when I joined.
And I probably always will be a kid.

If my username weren't IdahoRose, it'd be...

AlexInWonderland - My name is Alex and I love the 2010 Alice in Wonderland movie.
AlwaysAlice - Another Alice in Wonderland-based username. My mom once told me that I'd always be her Alice.
BetterOffAlone - I prefer to be alone rather than interact with others. Also the name of a good dance song by Alice Deejay.
DanceIsMyLove - My favorite genre of music is dance, and it is one of the very few things I have consistently loved throughout the years. Also the name of a song by Red DJ.
GutterMind - I'm always thinking dirty thoughts.

KingRandor82--which to be fair I go by on most forums, and am well known in the toy community as.

King Rander: father of He-Man/Prince Adam, and ruler of Eternos; 1982- the year I was born...also the year Masters of the Universe was first released.

Fun fact...MOTU was released in Spring of 1982; I was born at the end of March in 1982. Yes, my birth coincided with He-Man's release.

I like that. :)

Anyway, I chose the username Descartes because I was studying scientists and philosophers of the Enlightenment in my World History class, and I was going through some of the famous scientists (I think Newton was my other idea for a username), and I remember being so fascinated with Descartes' "I think, therefore I am" philosophy that I decided to make my username Descartes.

For the longest time I thought that was a picture of Christopher Walken 8O

My username was just picked rather randomly at the time. I wish I put more thought into making something a bit more interesting and stand-out.
