I am comfortable wherever there are tubas. I also like being alone in a cafe. Rock concerts are nice as long as I have good earplugs and a seat a ways away from the amps. So is being with one of my two best friends, but not with both of them at once because they fight. I feel comfortable around my significant other, alone in the woods, and at the symphony unless I have to wear something uncomfortable.

I always feel the most comfortable when I'm surrounded by the familiar setting of home.

In my bedroom on a Sunday when it's raining outside, my curtains are drawn and all the lights are off and I'm watching a really good movie :)

I kind of like standing in long lines such as at the airport as long as people aren't standing too close to me, and I can look at people if I want or just stand and wait. I agree with the original poster about being more relaxed where there is structure. I'd say that's why I excelled in school, college and playing classical piano (tried jazz and there wasn't enough structure for me.)

I feel most comfortable at home and alone.

I also feel at my most comfortable in the company of animals; I feel I "know my way around" in interactions with animals more than with humans.

Asleep in my warm and cosy bed.

At home when everyone else is out. I live with 3 other people in a tight space. Drives me nuts.

At home or my school's library. I prefer quiet and clean feeling environments.
