When I was a child, I hated sharing a bed with one of my parents when my family went on vacations. I do not like the way people sound when they breathe, and I have a hard time falling asleep. The warmth also bothers me... they did not have to touch me, I could just feel the warmth radiating from them. I once shared a bed, rather, a bunch of blankets on the floor with one of my friends. She moved a lot, and I had a hard time sleeping because of it.
I would like to think it would be different with a spouse, but I don't know. I do not mind when the cats sleep in my bed, but even they bother me if they touch me too much.
