Having a "hidden disability" frustrating at times

Sometimes it's frustating. My ex-roommate got one-person room, because she's almost deaf. I didn't, because I'm "just odd and need to socialise", doesn't matter I have disability papers. Thank God, I still live alone in big room, because there's strong nerdophobia around and nobody's so hardcore to live with me in one room.

Sometimes I think it would be better to have visible disability and no problems with stupid dorm admins. But it's just stupid thought, I prefer to be Aspie with only bad vision than f.e. to be deaf or blind.
