I speak too fast and with a slighty irishness in sound so no one understands me only happens when I speak english.

I can speak ok, but most of the time there is little inflection. When the subject is something I am interested in talking about, my voice sort of comes out more intense, like at high pressure. I can scare people away doing this but I don't notice until it's too late!
I can identify with sentences coming out with the words in the wrong order, I do that a lot.
I have long periods of time where I will say nothing at all, then suddenly I can talk quite a bit, surprising people. Often in school people would say to me, "I didn't know you could talk."

I suffer from verbal apraxia so my speaking skills are not good. Especially just casual speaking I often seize up completely.
