My sister thinks I can be very annoying, though I don't think I generally come off as annoying, usually :p

According to my husband, my sister, and my partner on the job, I am unbearably annoying. Ask virtually anyone else, and they'll tell you I'm quirky and kind of freaky and pretty awkward socially, and occasionally annoying, but sweet and harmless at the core, and they believe I sincerely mean well and try to do right and get along.

Except when I'm mad. Then, I get so passive-aggressive that my annoyance factor just skyrockets.

I've gotten that I'm like a 7/10 when it comes to how annoying I am.

Ya, I tend to come off as unknowingly annoying at times too. But it's not like I mean to do it, ok?

Ok?

Ok?

You know I'm not trying to be annoying right?

Right?

^Apparently I can be like this at times.

I can be, but not excessively. I guess everyone is a little bit annoying sometimes, so I'm probably pretty average in that regard.

As a teenager I fluctuated between "annoying" and "boring" (by my peers).

I know another (likely by the opinions of everyone I know familiar with ASD) aspie who is considered tolerable/nice in small doses but ultimately a fun sucker and annoying.

By mentions of her, I know that other people don't consider me annoying. A little socially awkward but in a cute way. I can't remember the exact terms people use.

I do wonder if some people I know consider me annoying, but enough people have said they don't that it's possible I'm mostly not annoying.

That's the thing: we could be annoying people but they won't say out of politeness. Of course, since some of us miss those kid of visual cues, we don't notice that we're annoying. Or boring. Or incomprehensible.

Pretty annoying at times. I said something pretty stupid and annoying in this thread back in 2010 as well. I can't believe I said what I said.

I keep to myself alot & I'm quiet so I'm not that annoying. I do annoy my girlfriend sometimes thou but that's because I love spending time with her & I'm very affectionate.

I have anxiety disorder which prevents me from being too annoying or obnoxious. But once I get little tipsy or drunk, I can get very annoying. I have been punched in my face multiple times when I was drunk.

I'm around myself 24hrs a day and haven't had any complaints yet. Thing is I'm having a hard time keeping friends - both NT and Aspie. I can't figure it out, so I guess it's just me and Waldo - I'm not going to boo hoo and pout. :)

I am apparently really annoying, to the point that everyone avoids me apart from 1 person, my only friend. I don't mean to be annoying and I don't usually realise until the person points it out. I don't even know when or how I am annoying, it upsets me quite a lot.

I can be charming and interesting for a little while. But, it is exhausting and then I fall back into my usual behavior, bad body language and facial expressions. So yes, I can be annoying.
