I prefer having intellectual conversations. No subject is too deep or taboo, some people don't like talking about subjects like death or the minds of criminals and so on, but I consider that a sort of pleasant conversation. I mean those kinds of subjects aren't pleasant of course, but having a deep discussion about them I do enjoy quite a bit. I don't do idle chit chat, no way Jose.
But, so many people I meet online want to talk idle chit-chat and light subjects, if I start being all intellectual and so on and start pondering what would happen when all the earth's resources run out for example, I either get commented on it or I feel like I'm coming across as boring. My mum sometimes tells me that a subject I'm talking about is too deep, even though it seems light to me.
