I just saw this movie and was disappointed. There was more jumping around from scene to scene in the movie than ballerinas jumping around in the ballet Swan Lake. This film tries too hard to be confusing and falls short.

I have it in my TV subscriptions... Maybe I'll take a look when my parents aren't home.

I don't suppose there is any combustion in the movie, is there?

I really loved this film too, it was not what I expected and was executed fantastically.

I strongly related to Nina, she was very similar to me in her perfectionism and way of relating to people. I liked how the film was done and liked the ending, it felt so right to me.

but it made me feel sad to see how I am on the screen and how my way of being constitutes 'mild horror', it helped motivate me to seek therapy for my control/perfectionism issues, which as it turns out is going well and I am much improved (although it is very painful and difficult to endure the therapy, like having teeth pulled!).

i saw this movie last thursday with some of my housemates.
it indeed did a great job of showing a stess-induced meltdown and the problems one can face by being socially inept.
one problem though; the scene in the danceclub almost send me into a full meltdown, i had to dive under a pillow, ears plugged, to survive that scene...

it was good that i saw it too though; i was able to explain some parts of it to my (NT) housemates, and at the same time use it to explain some of the difficulties i myself have to them, making it more understandable.
