I have very Austin Powersish Body Language. My shoulders hunch, when I smile. I guess I can say that I have a spring in my step. I have a big Head, as well.

I do have a five-head instead of a four-head, meaning I can put my entire hand on it. That said, I don't think AS affects physical appearances.

My mom said I walked like a "storm trooper"...."bend your knees, bend your knees!"

This was great advice for some one who was already to paranoid to eat around strangers...people use to count the times I chewed and make fun of it(and those were my so called"friends")

And was afraid I was breathing to loud on the bus, so would be self-concious wearing headphones because I couldnt monitor the sound of my breathing....

I dont bounch, though, more like a shuffle and very selfconciouse about it ....

I hate the feel of hats so I dont know what size my head is....

I got the stormtrooper response quite a bit as well; this is quite frustrating. I'm more fluid in my movements now.

yes an expressionaless face i have been told this too, also i find when i see a lot of photos os aspe p[eple (not all the time for thos who want top argue) they lack intent and projection...ie everypone else in th ephoto is smiling tryoing to look good and the aspie is just staring blankly at the camera......yeah i have plenty of photos showing this

I was always forced to smile by my parents or whoever was taking the photo, I always hated it, still dont like it but have learnt to force myself, I still get told off for not smiling 'properly' though, whatever the hell that means .

I have the blank duh stare alot because I'm usually concentrating on other things - even when I'm trying to follow a conversation it is distracting to remember to smile and look friendly. So I get told by others to smile or that I look like I am mad (lol) - or depressed. As far as smiling for pictures - I was showing my daughter the photo album from my wedding and I noticed that I have the same smile in all the pictures. I hadn't looked at the pictures in years so it was funny. It is my "picture" smile.

I have a small head too. I don't like to have my picture taken cause i can't smile right. And if it looks fake and forced i think that is worse than not smiling at all. I smile if i find something amusing or something that pleases me. But if i have to "try'' to smile, i just can't. I have a normal walk at least no one has made comments about the way i walk.

I had the impression there was no stereotypical set of outward features, as it's a neurological thing? (the walk being part of the neurology, as opposed to a physical feature)

I think you'd say I've got a big head, but then I'm pretty solidly built so it's not really obvious. Aside from that I used to hunch a lot, got pulled up on it a lot, nowadays I get pulled up more for working against it too obviously.

People say to me why are you depressed or why are you sad. In fact I am not, I am just thinking and my face does what it does.

Facial expressions, I care not to comply!

I have the bouncing walk too. I've also seen it posted somewhere else that the eyes are a give-away. I have the "egyptian eyes". Growing up, everybody thought I was always stoned.

I have been teased before about "bouncing" when I walk, but it's probably related to the fact that I toe-walk.

My head is a good bit smaller than average (I always had to special-order riding helmets), but so is the rest of my body, so it may be proportionally correct and just small because all of me is small.

I don't know about the issue regarding gait, but the shape of the skull (concern) is definately Phrenology! Sure, everyone sells it short but we all practice it. Ever see a CEO that looks like a churlish stooge? Of course you have. Ever see a guy bagging groceries that looks brilliant? Honestly, don't you feel better when a freaky dullard asks "paper or plastic?" and your boss has "hair like the mayor and walks like the Lord?"
