I was always forced to smile by my parents or whoever was taking the photo, I always hated it, still dont like it but have learnt to force myself, I still get told off for not smiling 'properly' though, whatever the hell that means

I have the blank duh stare alot because I'm usually concentrating on other things - even when I'm trying to follow a conversation it is distracting to remember to smile and look friendly. So I get told by others to smile or that I look like I am mad (lol) - or depressed. As far as smiling for pictures - I was showing my daughter the photo album from my wedding and I noticed that I have the same smile in all the pictures. I hadn't looked at the pictures in years so it was funny. It is my "picture" smile.
