Nothing is wrong with millet! Millet is an awesome treat, and the populations conquered by the Imperium Psittacorum will be farming plenty of it!

Utterly futile.

Yeah, but if anyone tried to do it, then it would at least advance spacefaring even if the fastest robotic probes that have been made so far are debatable as to whether they should be considered within the solar system or not even though they've been traveling for almost 4 decades now. Getting people to start actual expansion into space, by the construction of hydroponics stations and habitat rings, orbital shipyards, lunar mining and sublunar colonization, such would be far better than sitting around with people complaining about how this or that and how to blame whoever they want. I rather get out of here and at least have the rest of the solar system as a frontier.

Boldly going where no man (or slightly peculiar aspie girl) has gone before...

Dum, dum dum dum, dum dum dum...

Note : Technically "the next generation" was the only space series with any meaning. Everything else is just thrown together randomly and made into some kind of dumb nerd cult with no interesting characters other than a 6 foot phallus named Darth Vader.

It would be cool to have a Millennium Falcon.

It is the reason I have been playing Masters of Orion 2 since 1995. 8)

If I had the power I would extinguish the human race and replace it with clones of me. Ahhhh paradise.

Whereupon they would immediately set upon each other in violent fury, killing each other off until only one was left.

ON another note, how would you know which one was you?

Plus the proverbial one. Never have understood the whole domination and lust for power business. :?: Though I'd love a starship - preferably something along the lines of the Far Star - 'cause bouncing round the galaxy seeing the sights would be fun.

Too many people suffer terribly when they are conquered. And at extremes... I'm from the USA and every day I can almost feel the too-recent genocide that allowed people to conquer where I live, it's terrible.

Ditto. Science fiction is fun to read, but fantasizing about living it just gives me a headache. I would enjoy jumping ahead 100 years at a time and seeing how this experiment that is humanity turns out, but I have no desire to do anything except watch and learn. Hurting people isn't my thing.

A series of tattoos that show rank, location, and number. It actually would not be an explosion of violent fury it would be a bunch of guys spitting in each others drinks when no one is looking.

As exciting as it is to dream about, ruling the galaxy really would not be that much fun. I would actually much rather have my own personal starship and simply explore, not conquer. Then again outrunning Imperial starships, not the local bulk cruisers, but the big Corellian ships, sounds like fun too. Full power to shields and ready the photon cannons!

I wonder if Hitler was a bit aspie, sometimes I feel like starting an evil empire and wiping most people out. When I see things like the Jeremy Kyle show with all the most stupid people you can imagine having loads of kids and more intelligent people not having children it makes me wonder where the human race is headed now that natural selection isn't as prevalent, but I only think that sometimes lol still bring on the neurological genocide I say, if only to make humans more interesting

For the most part though I'm a nice person

As for the rest of the universe it can't be conquered because we can't experience most of it imo, we all live in an infinitely small bubble of it so it would be kind of pointless to waste time trying to conquer that
