ASD people are often very stressed down, especially "in the body".
(As a part of the ASD biology). The effect contributes to ADHD/ASD (IMHO)
Meditation clears the mind, but also relaxes the body, the later is more important for us (IMHO).
It can also help you manage pain.
In the short term it shouldn't make much difference for ASD itself.
You should try different massages, yoga-classes etc. a few times, and see if it has a similar effect.
