It's possible that a NT can show few autistic traits?

my dad is NT but has a lot of AS traits, but his AS traits are also Schizophrenic traits which i think he inherited from his schizophrenic mother.

Insomnia isn't an Aspie trait. I have met a few NTs with Insomnia.

I remember this boy in my class at secondary school who was very intelligent, and very detail-orientated. But he was put in the special ed group, even though he was intelligent, because he struggled at things like maths I suppose. I always found him a very interesting boy. He could play a lot of musical instruments too, and was brilliant at art. But he also seemed rather socially accepted and even quite popular at times, and he wasn't nerdy or weird or anything.
