i never understood where this came from. my imagination is very fertile. i spent/ spend most of my time in other worlds/alternate futures/ universes i created. these were in part fuelled by literature and television. my fantasies are very elaborate and i get very involved in them.

Hmm,...
Could i be right in thinking those with Autism struggle with Imagination because of 'Theory of mind' ? They struggle to put themselves in another position?

So that side of imagination they struggle with, however they're fantastic at creativity?

In fields I am familiar with I can be very imaginative and creative. I come short of imagination when I don't have a proper background and things revolve around emotions, especially positive and highly idealised emotions such as love.
