I am not loud what so ever. I literally do not know how to raise my voice. I can either speak normally/somewhat monotone or SCREAM but I cannot "talk loud". People who are loud repulse me, it is very obnoxious and makes you look unintelligent.

Yes, sometimes that happens to me. Usually, it is when I am kind of nervous and I will start out talking loud. A couple of weeks ago, I was having a driving lesson and I started talking to my driving instructor (loud)... he jumped! Also, when I am talking to someone privately, I notice that they will tell me to lower my voice because everyone else can hear.
