You can buy an Autism Alert Card from the National Autistic Society for £2.50, or download and print the PDF version from their website http://www.autism.org.uk/card

It contains some useful statements for police, medical staff etc, for people with Asperger's syndrome or autism. I keep a copy in my wallet, although I have never had the need to use it.
