Diet Cherry Coke is still Coke, so I'm pretty sure you clicked on the right option. :)

Why is Dr. Pepper listed with root beer, however? This makes no sense.

Dr. Pepper is listed alongside the other root beers because although it's not technically root beer, it tastes like root beer to me. And the reason why Sprite and 7-Up aren't listed is because I forgot to list them, and partly because I tend to associate those two drinks as the kinds of liquid doctors tell you to drink to get over a cold. And no, there isn't a connection between soft drinks and autism. I just wanted to make a poll to see if autistics might prefer a certain kind of soft drink. The first thing I pointed out is that I don't think that there is a particular favorite brand of soft drink among those with an ASD.

I don't dislike the taste of root beer but it's far from my favorite. I drink Dr. Pepper every day.

I don't drink pop--haven't had a drop in about 6 months now. Still, I love pepsi (diet).

What happened to 7-up and sprite??? I like the clear sodas, they usually seem more refreshing. I voted fanta though because I also like that.
But really I don't drink a lot of soda. I just don't get the urge.
I drink water when I'm thirsty and coffee or tea when I want something that tastes good.

Yes. Root beer is usually delicious, but Dr. Pepper tastes terrible and not similar.

I've never liked anything carbonated (I've tried a few times), so that rules out just about everything, and limits me to lemonade, juices, milk, and water (never liked tea). Water is probably better for you anyway.

I like all, mostly, except for pepsi products and root beer. Root beer gives me wicked headaches.

But I chose coke because I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE coke. *.*
