Few seconds. At first I thought it was to do with all the toilet seats being left up.

It took me a full 30 seconds. Like others, it was the word FAIL that kept me from noticing other details. When I got it, I did laugh for a second. I think I was relieved that I got it. It is not funny,when I think about it. It's like a recurring bad dream I have.
