Did you ever think that she may not write all her song lyrics? Very few artists now write all their lyrics, and the same P!nk lyrics that apply to me, apply to many of my (very obviously) NT friends.
To be fair, though, P!nk is known to at least co-write a lot of songs.
I'm not a P!nk fan by a long shot, but I've got a good deal more respect for her than I have for a lot of other pop singers out there, for this very reason, and for having enough dignity to even cram some emotion and message into her work, even though it sometimes gets a bit heavy-handed.
That said, I don't think she writes
all her lyrics (I know she hasn't always; she's performed pieces by Linda Perry and others), but she's definitely a songwriter in her own right, at the very least to enough of an extent that a lot of the lyrics she sings are derived from her own ideas and feelings, whether she's had help piecing the words together or not.
Just setting things straight. In the case of P!nk, say what you will about her music, but it'd be unfair to say that her songs have nothing to do with who she is.
Of course, I'm playing devil's advocate here, since I'm of the opinion that attempting to diagnose P!nk is between her and her doctor, and the OP made a poor choice in naming this thread "P!nk has autism!" as if it was a fact or even well-founded speculation.
