What is a sing song voice?

I'm from Trinidad & Tobago. The people there speak with a sing song voice. That's exactly how we describe it. Listening to us you hear rises, falls and cadences to our tone. I'm not sure what an aspie sing song voice is 'cos I've never heard it. I didn't even know it existed. 'Twould be interesting if it sounded the same!

I used to know a guy named Robin from Trinidad. Well, his actual name wasn't Robin but that was what we all called him. He had a brother named Saresh that we called Joe. This was in Alabama though.

If you have cable with TLC, tune in sometime to the Duggars, with the show "19 Kids and Counting". Mrs. Duggar speaks with a sing song voice that makes my skin crawl. You probably won't be able to stand the show for more than 5 minutes (boring) but once you hear her you will get the idea. It strikes me as kind of immature and demeaning but maybe that's just me.

A sing-song voice is different from a songlike voice. With a sing-song voice, the inflection rises and falls in a consistent pattern, so it is quite monotonous.

This is interesting, cuz I love to sing, singing is therapy for me & dancing too.
