If I have school, I will shower in the evening because I don't have time in the mornings. Otherwise, I usually forget in the evening, so either my parents remind me in the morning or I don't have one.

NEVER.

Showering is sensory-overload for me in a horrible way. The noise, the steam, the water spraying everywhere, and feeling cold and damp afterwards and having to rub my skin with a rough towel is like a total nightmare.

I used to be like this. I hated the harsh feel of the water from showers. I much preferred baths, but disliked those as well. Unfortunately, I once had some ear problems when I was ill and now I cannot take baths anymore because the water gets in my ears and I have problems hearing for days.

Morning for me, every day; 365 days/year (366 days in leap years) ; no ifs ands or buts. Otherwise I can't function for the day. Only exception was January 17, 1994. I could not take a shower that day, because of the Northridge Earthquake, which cut off the power to the county water pumps. I was about going crazy by the next day, so I got a motel room out in Simi Valley, just to go take showers.

I find telling the difference between hot and cold water very difficult so showering isn't always safe for me. As a child my father has told me that I could put one hand in boiling hot water and the other in regular water and not be able to tell the difference. I went through many therapys and it has improved a lot but it's still hard. Generally now I just use the setting that I have been told is safe to use. I don't like the feeling of the water hitting off me either.

Night. I couldn't stand getting into bed with the day's filth still on me. I just wet my head in the morning to wake me up, rather than taking a second shower.

I turn the water to cold at the end of my shower, too, to give me a bit of kick, since I generally don't go straight to bed afterwards.

Anytime before bed but the best time for me, unless I;m really sweaty, then I might rinse off more than once a day. This is usually during the summer or after exercising.

Growing up, it ALWAYS used to be evening. This is because I go to sleep late, and sleep in as late as possible. I also never really cared about my hair when I wake up. Now, I USUALLY shower in the morning (occasionally in the afternoon, and only in the evening if I have gone swimming) because my hair is super frizzy. I have to put oil in it to get the frizz down, and if I do it the evening before, it is just as frizzy as ever when I wake up in the morning. I still sleep as late as possible, but shower days, I just have to wake up a half hour earlier.

I take mine before I go to bed. I like to take cold showers in the summer, dry off, then go stand in front of the AC.

Mornings by ritual.

I smell particularly bad to myself, so sometimes the local climate demands that I shower more often in order not to smell like my butt.

I prefer to get up an extra 30 minutes early and take a long shower. I have found that when I do this it really helps a lot. Not only am I more awake, but I'm more relaxed and prepared to take on the rest of my day.

I also shower in the late afternoon after any sort of intense physical activity. I hate being all sweaty and stinky.

I usually shower in the afternoon, sometimes in the morning. I used to shower at night, but not anymore.

In the evening... It helps me relax and get more comfortable in my skin for the night. Always between 7-8p before my tv shows come on.

Morning and sometimes again at night. One hundred percent every morning though. I can't stand not having a shower at least once a day.

Afternoon or evening. It takes me 45 minutes to shower I can never have enough time in the morning. I'm obsessive about scrubbing everywhere clean, plus I'm just generally slow in doing everything.

Morning. If I sleep with wet hair, I look like I've french-kissed a light socket. Showering is more an excuse to style my hair than a way to relax. Also, when I get home I usually have a cold shower to cool off quicker. But that's a seasonal thing.(I'm in Vegas. It get REALLY hot here during summer.)
