Methinks some people get kicks by making others twitch.

Your welcome for trying to help. If you want to know if you have it or not you are going to HAVE to go find out from a professional because no one in their right mind is going to sit here going over and over this with you with the way you are responding to people! There is one other way to find out what aspergers consists of, since you won't listen to anyone here: GOOGLE IT!

Personally, I think you are a troll, and I won't be wasting another second here with the likes of you. Good-bye.

Look here:

http://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/autism/hcp-dsm.html

While you may not think you are being rude, you are not presenting yourself in a manner that inspires positive feedback. Ironically, this is typical of people with Asperger's.

Your expectations about what we can tell you are unrealistic. I cannot (nor would not) diagnose a person with an autism spectrum disorder. This is even more true for interactions on an internet forum. I can tell very little about you based on a few sentences posted in an open internet forum.

Look up the DSM criteria for it and see if it fits you. Read about the condition using the search engine.

@Everyone
I don't see how the OP is being rude but maybe that is my Asperger's if I can't see it. :wink:

He does sound trollish but I am giving him a benefit of a doubt. Maybe he is that socially inept. I find it ironic that others here call others trolls when they are coming off as "rude" or "troll" when this is an autism forum so shouldn't we be giving others a benefit of a doubt?

I RARELY call people trolls. I used the term in this case because people are taking the time to respond and all he is saying is little comments in return that just seem to be little digs at those who have responded to him. It seems as though he is trying to start an argument rather than seek help.

Btw, I have written over 2000 posts on here, and have called, I think, a total of two people trolls, so I think I quite often give people "the benefit of the doubt"!

I was speaking in general. You call him one so that means others could too and I have seen in other threads that word being thrown around so I finally called it out. If it was someone else who called him it than you, I still would have posted that response.

Yeah, I caught that. I suspect two different meanings of "ret*d".

You were being very rude in fact to those who were trying to help you see the falicy of your logic in asking us over an expert opinion....so based on the fact you had no idea how rude you are being. I would say there is a good chance you are on the autism spectrum. I think you should have the proffessional test you so you can be sure, beyond that is denial which I cant help you with.

I too cant figure out why you want us to diagnose you when you wont take an expert opinion, because all we can give you is our opinion, so that is clearly illogical which everyone was pointing out, but you decided to be rude to them instead of listening to reasonable advice.

But in reality, you are probably just a troll, so I will stop here.

Your responses sound pretty emotionally "normal", so I personally doubt that you have aspergers.

If you sit through the first half movie "Wal-E" confused and unable to figure out the subtle non-verbal queues of the characters, you may well has AS or some other autism spectrum disorder.
