DSM5, Will some of us loose the diagnosis?
Not as far as I know. I was diagnosed as a child, but she used a test that assessed my early childhood development. Because of the way I was when I was a child (and today too--but I would not have gotten this diagnosis with my current behaviour if I did not qualify as a child!) then I was diagnosed with classic autism. I am pretty sure you do not have to be rediagnosed once you get one.

I had a read of the revised criteria and really, it sounds like they've pooled together the similarities between PDD-NOS, Asperger's and Autism together in order to formulate it. So, I think it is highly doubtful that anyone would be losing a diagnosis based on the revised criteria. A lot of the revised criteria is, IMO, actually broad - especially the social impairment aspect.
Personally, I see myself as meeting the criteria, except for one aspect. I'm only unsure whether I would meet that aspect because it requires me to observe my own behaviour, and that's not possible unless I'm prepared to have someone follow me with a camera [and that would be...weird].
