I think this is like the looking young stereotype, except I've seen more younger looking people with ASD than taller than the average person.

I've always looked old for my age, though that could partly be due to the way I dress.

There's also the stereotype that we're either obese or skinny, or that we have huge heads. :?

I think your premise is silly. I've never heard about any relation between Asperger's and height. My husband and child are both average. My husband is about 5' 6". My daughter has always being between the height/weight standards.

I'm about 5' 10.5" which I've seen is fairly average.

I'm 5'1", personally.
Don't know of any studies on the subject.

Really? :? That seems quite tall, at least for where I grew up and live now.

I'm coming to suspect there are height disparities between different regions.

When I tell people from other places that a 5'6" girl would be considered tall here, they seem shocked.

Lulz.

Maybe there could be a poll? I'm 5'3 in height. But my mother was only 5 feet even.

I've measured 6'0 when forced to stand up completely straight. Otherwise I tend to have bad posture, making me seem shorter.

I'm female and the same height, and I also continued to grow into my 20s. A chiropractor said that was impossible since the spine fuses by age 21. Another chiropractor thinks I should be a little taller than I am.

I'm about average height (or slightly below, xd) for a woman.
