You won't believe me, but he was in town here a few years ago, and I saw him at the mall. I was doing janitorial work there, and two of my co-workers spoke to him. He was having a taco in the food court. I was too shy to go up and speak to him.
He seemed very quiet and pleasant. And cute, I thought. Loved the long hair.

Why wouldn't we believe you? I see nothing that unbelieveable about Weird Al eating a taco in a mall. Celebrities have to eat too! And sometimes, they like tacos.
Now if you said that you woke up and he was in your kitchen eating a taco, I might be inclined to disbelieve you.

i thought he was a vegitarian... :?[/quote

It could have been a bean burrito  I wasn't paying much attention to it. Looked tacoish. I did notice he was wearing cool looking socks.

Indeed, thanks for posting the video. I rarely remember to look at youtube so links are always nice.

"Stephen Hawking's in my library"

"drinking Earl Gray tea"

"in AV and Glee clubs and chess team"

Indeed, good stuff!

I think Weird Al has invented the Aspie theme song. It's called "White and Nerdy."

The song can be heard, accompanied by video here:

The lyrics can be read here:

Most of this could be a part of my theme song.

"I ain't got no grills but I still wear braces".... jajajajaja!! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! ! ROTFL!! !! !... this is poetry at its purest...

I don't think that's the theme song for aspies, it's more like the theme song for nerds, I didn't feel that identified with the song (maybe because I'm a not white female and I care more about singing than studying?)

That being said, not all people who edit Wikipedia are nerds, either. Or how do you explain the article about Paris Hilton??? and braces are the new grills.

That being said,

LOL I think that the song could mean a lot for aspies and NTs alike. It's just making fun of those of us who wish we were out being cool but aren't, for whatever reason. It could be because we aren't cool, or because we don't have the time to be cool. Very few have the time to be cool without being unemployed bums...unfortunately. My biggest dream (along with many others) is to live like a rock/rap star. :)

It's a bit cheesy, but can I recommend "Iris" by the Goo-Goo Dolls as having somewhat appropriate lyrics to the non-NT crowd?

i love the goo goo dolls and iris. It's about this person who...how about you find your own analysis? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzRn47NfKA4

All those videos of meg ryan and nicholas cage are of the movie the song was written for:City of Angels. The video gets annoying after awhile, but maybe that's just me.

another song the goo goo dolls sang that i can relate with is I'm Still Here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwGzkGxDpJQ

Another vote for "Iris"

Conversation Piece - David Bowie is near perfect

I believe Axl Rose and Ozzy Osbourne to be a bit of an Aspie.. Ozzy's lyrics have always spoke to me, they are more personal.. I need to see my winamp play list for more songs I've felt appropriate
