My vision in my right eye is fine, but the left eye is pretty poor. I get by without wearing my glasses when I'm not at work, but the prescription is just in the left pane with the right pane just being clear/prescription-free.

My eyesight and vision ain't very good. Well I'm OK at walking around and reading, but I can't see writing from a long distance. I squint and screw up my face and the letters are just odd shapes all the time (maybe I go Dyslexic when reading from a far angle, I don't know).

The only thing I am super sharp on is my hearing.....but can't make that one out because the doctor says I'm blocked with wax and that I should be deaf.

When I was a kid, I used to skip reading the lines on the eye chart they told me to read, and go right for the fine print copyright and whatever else was at the very bottom of the chart. They'd always correct me, because they weren't hearing the letters they were looking at, so I'd tell them to go look at the bottom of the chart.

I could read road signs at twice the distance everyone else could. I forget if that's 20/40 or 40/20 vision. I can never remember which number means which. Basically I could read the same size letters (normally a third of an inch high) at (at least) twice the distance the average person could.

Needed reading glasses by my early thirties. Four years ago, I started failing distance sight tests. Now I need glasses all the time. Next time I renew my license, I already know I'll fail the vision test and have to have the "glasses clause" added to my license.

I'm really short-sighted with astigmatism in one eye. But with my glasses on and in daylight, I've been referred to as Hawkeye. I've just googled it and found he was a marksman in Marvel comics - I have tried archery and was surprisingly very good at it, first time.

I'm a a bit near-sighted, and my right eye is the weaker one, it also has a mild astigmatism. However, I don't need glasses yet. I was just trying to read the screen with only my right eye, and it seems it has gotten worse lately. Maybe I should exercise it with my better eye covered.

Anyway, I don't know if I can see more detail than people normally can. I take notice of patterns more, nevertheless.

I've always had incredible, sharp vision.

i also have very accurate vision.
i never had it tested, but from personal experience, i know i see more details at a larger distance then most others.
aside from that, i seem to detect higher frequencies then normal; if i'm not looking straight to a crt tv, i see it flashing around, giving me headaces and a feeling of epillepsy, the same thing happens with most fluorecent lighting, things i seem to be alone in in noiticing...

indeed, hearing and smell are simularly strong, as someone on this thread said: the eyes of a hawk, the nose of a dog and the ears of a bat...
