My sleep pattern is crazy. I'm definitely a night person and do not like mornings, but when I have to go to college early I have to get up at around 6:30 am, but even then at night I find sleeping hard. If I do go to bed early I'll usually wake up a few times during the night. I'de much rather be awake at night than in the day, if they had night college I'd go. :D

Yes oh its a terrible mess, I was never a morning person even as a child, I love night time, its darker just feels better and the streets have less people. I wish I could keep more regular hours.

although my job limits this I love to stay up late like all night then sleep till late afternoon. This seem to be my natural sleep cycle and the one I revert to when I can. I much preferr to work overnights but we can not always do what we would like too.

I tend to wake up every 90 minutes throughout the night. It's a real pain. My sleep pattern is getting worse as I get older. I resort to taking a sleeping pill if I've a stressful meeting at work the following day. I'd be interested to hear what techniques other people use to help sleep better. I don't like taking sleeping pills. I've discovered some things that help a little, such as exercising early in the evening.

I'm definitely a night owl- that's when I'm most alert. Luckily, I have a job that accomodates this.

Do you want the long or the short answer?

Actually I'll go for the short answer: YES.

My circadian rythms are also nocturnal. I also possess the ability to program my internal alarm clock. If im overly tired though it might not go off, so I set an external one for insurance.

I like to stay up until 12 and wake up at nine. I can't do that at the moment, because Chico wakes me up for his walk, at 6. I'm sure that after I move out, I'll be back on my 12 to 9 scheduel.

My sleep pattern has shifted towards being semi-nocturnal. I rarely get to sleep before 1 am, no matter how early I have to get up the next morning, so I'm usually still up well past midnight. Having said that, I usually sleep well once I do drop off.

the question that keeps coming to mind is: Why?
Why is this?
I wish I knew, it'd make a lot of things easier, imo.

A friends' dad once told me I'm not a night owl, I'm just living on the wrong part of the world, heheh.
