I say "Ah-sper-jer" because if I hear it pronounced "Ah-sper- ger" I just giggle like a little kid.
When I went to see a psychiatrist about a month ago, he kept saying "Ass burgers" and I spent the whole hour smirking. Such an old joke but when I hear it meant sincerely, it still gets me chuckling. I also cringe though.
Although saying all that I usually just say "AS", "aspie", or "sperglord", "sperginess", "spergitude" "spergosity"etc etc.
