I'm currently wearing -5.75 in contacts and -6.25 in glasses. I wear the same in both eyes, though one eye is -.25 worse than the other one. I get the same prescription for both eyes now though because otherwise I mix up which contact goes in which eye.

Near sighted, I got glasses when I was 8, and they are a darn neusence because they dig in to the top my nose and hurt and the eyelashes rub on them and annoy me.

Last time I went to the eye doctor, which was a few months back, I found I had an eyesight of 15/15.

Good lord, I have no idea what my prescriptions are. I know my left is worse than my right, but I'd take a wild stab at calling myself "nearly legally blind", lol. I have some nearsightedness left, but only a couple inches for each eye.

I also have an astigmatism in my left.

I don't know what's up with my eyes. In second grade, my mom and I found out that I had a lazy eye (my right) and I can barely even see out of it. Almost everything I see is through my left, which is near-sighted. My right eye really messes me up sometimes. If I going downstairs from a certain angle, I can easily trip, fall, and sprain my foot. It's already happened twice this year...

Hahaha!! !
It took me about 5 minutes, but I get it!

I have -4.00 in both eyes... I can't stand to wear anything but contacts when out and about, though, because I freak out if I don't have my peripheral vision...

Near-sighted. I've been told it's because, I spent most of my childhood, staring at the TV playing video games. Has anyone else heard of that?

Yeeeeah, that's what my mom used to tell me cuz I would sit with my nose glued to the TV... It certainly couldn't have helped but I think it's mosty a hereditary thing...

I'm fairly short sighted but I haven't had an eye test for several years so I'm not exactly sure how my eyes are doing.

Sorry if the text above is too large.
