I didn't until I was in prenatal care and I saw a nurse write it down. I was kidding around and said " B+, oh I should have studied harder" and she said "It doesn't mean that" :duh:

I think I'm O+ but I highly doubt that blood type has any correlation with Asperger's or Autism.

A, but I'm not sure if it's + or -.

I actually had to go through a lot of work to find out my blood type. I've had sugeries, I've donated blood, I've had more blood tests than I could count, but for some reason my blood type was never recorded anywhere. All the places where it was supposed to be in my records were left blank. So one day I volunteered to be the class project for a phlebotomy class at college, and they were able to determine I was type A, but my blood wouldn't seperate properly for them to test if it was positive or negative.

A+, I've always read that type As whether they have ASD or not have a lot more anxiety than other blood types. But, it seem like anxiety is more severe among those with ASD.

I have blood type A but I don't know if it's Rhesus + or -

Ichinin, RH means rhesus, and that's what those pluses and minuses in the poll mean.

I'm O+ and surprised that anyone would not know their blood type. I've known since I was a toddler and even if I forgot, both my parents are O+ as well. I highly doubt there is any correlation.

I don't know... its just a crazy idea, and something to do

So what's the breakdown in the general population?

I think A+ is incredibly common generally, and I am A+. My sister, who is likely BAP, is O- which is very rare.

The only thing i can determine with a 100% accuracy from this thread is that people with Autism spectrum disorders - have blood :)
