What does a 28 hour sleep cycle mean? I think I might have that. Once I go back to "night" shift, it starts by waking up around 11:00 AM and going to sleep around 1:00 or 2:00 AM then I find my self waking up later and sleeping later till I end up waking up after dark in the evening and staying up till way past day like, then I struggle and finally manage to get back on dayshift, to start this cycle all over again. I wish I could just stay in the waking up at 11:00 am. That is when I am the most comfortable w/ my sleep, but it always regresses to the much dredded, waking up after dark, and going to sleep the next afternoon. If I just struggle and stay up till that evening, then I will only get a few hours sleep and will still be on the dreaded scedual.
I have noticed that I don't seem to have a 24 hour cycle.
