I would have to say that in my immediate family, my mom is NT and my sister might lean a bit towards AS.
My dad, however, is DEFINATELY something... Maybe Asperger's, maybe OCD... He's so close-minded about these things that he'd never want to find out. He has very compulsive behaviors, is clearly obsessed with certain things (cleanliness, and precision in all things being one of them!), had a GREAT need for routine, and I'm willing to bet anything that his alcoholism was due to his wanting to loosen up around people.
And to answer the question, I think it would be possible, but definately not a common occurrance.
