Wait, why do I feel bad about the eye contact issue?

Oh, I get you now. Because people say if you don't look them in the eye you look mistrustful?

I'm a quick one, eh?

I do make eye contact, sometimes. I think my medication makes me make eye contact.

I find if I want to explain something for up to a minute at least I will have to look away from people to get all my thoughts out, in a nice clear order (rather than messing my words up when I look at people) so I don't get distracted.

Eye contact can feel uncomfortable and even hurt like looking into a bright light.

I will use eye contact to my advantage. There are some people that feel special to me I will look at, once I remember. And if I want to get a job I will look at the interviewer, then away, then look at them again.

People haven't told me to look them in the eye for a long time now.

I find it difficult to do the eye contact thing I do glance at the person briefly and then look away as I find it uncomfortable.
