Walking up to someone on the bus and farting in their face is generally considered rude and offensive, too.

SCREW IT!! ! It's everyone else's problem if they are "offended" by my actions. It's THEIR choice to be offended by the things I say and do. I bear no responsibility if people find my actions rude.

If someone defines my farting in their face as "offensive".....it diminishes my FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION!! !! !!

FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION FOR ALL!! !! !! I should be allowed to fart in people's faces with impunity.

There are times when I do want to blame the other person for getting their feelings hurt and not having a tougher skin or for taking something I have said personally. There are other times when I can totally find fault with myself for saying something without thinking it through carefully first. It really depends on the situation and my mood.

A very succinct way of putting it. I like it.

I try to take time & think about something before saying it. I have had a history of being blunt or seemingly callous to others when I said certain things.
However, I'd NEVER excuse raciscm or other bigotry. Certain things are just WRONG, and always will be.

Sincerely,
Matthew
