A bad idea to try basing a relationship on such a blatant lie...
And insulting to Aspies!! !
A head injury?!?!
Aspies don't have damaged brains!! !!

You don't have to inform them of your diagnosis.... so just don't!
(and I don't know why you'd call this a " White lie". It's just a lie)

Because I have been so greatly accepted being myself no matter what my confidence level is. I'm what people consider robotic. My face somewhat blank and empty staring off into space. A lot of people actually think I'm staring or something. And it's hard to explain to them about AS because they believe I am making something up. Therefore, I stopped doing so and simply say "I love staring at things what can I say". It's not a lie, but I got tired of trying to explain or cover up anything.

I don't tell anyone. Let them think whatever they want of me, because without a valid reason to support their opinions, they can legally do nothing against me.

I don't tell anybody. I'm not officially diagnosed anyway. I told my mum and doctor that I might have Asperger's as well as a few of my close friends. Usually in general I just go with the flow and admit that I'm a very shy girl with a learning disability in math. I'll admit that my fine motor skills are bad as well.

So what do you propose to do?

Aye, don't cover it, never ever, ever be ashamed of having Aspergers.
If your friends are really your friends, then it won't matter to them one iota - yeah, they might ask you questions about it (but that's a good thing).

If it does matter to them and they don't want to be friends with you any more, they weren't true friends anyway, and you're better off without them.

Nobody is going to call you out when you say you have a head injury. Jesus Christ, what the f**k?

I have bad balance sometimes I will actually fall over just standing still so I blame that on a bad ankle.

I get anxiety around loud machines that vibrate so I tell people the vibrating hurts my teeth.

I blame my bad memory and face blindness on smoke too much marijuana.

I blame my high pain threshold on being a bad motherf@@ker

I blame my not like being touched on germ phobia

I do not cut my hair because I hate the scissors make it hurts to hear it I also hate the vibration of trimmers so I have not cut my hair since the 90's I tell people I am really into heavy metal.

I blame me not having a girlfriend on being broke

I blame me still living with my parents on my dad having had three strokes so he needs help around the house.
