Most of my speech is like this.
Professionals don't care, everybody else notices. It's pretty odd.
I guess it's either because professionals think that a lot of their patients might be nervous and because of it show odd speech patterns during an appointment or it's because I do speak better because I have rehearsed what to say beforehand usually and speak sloooowly.
My mom and friends on the other hand point it out and/or correct me several times a day when what I said supposedly sounded way off or they didn't understand.
