For the first time in my life I listened to a white noise made for sleeping. Had the opposite effect and drove me insane. What is your experience with white noises?

I did (listen to white noises when I was little, my mom put it in my room because dogs would bark early in the morning and wake me up) when I was little, but took it away and now, I can't stand it. I find any noise at all keeps me awake, which is uncommon. I HAVE to use earplugs.

Thanks! :thumleft:
Now I don't have to bother with recording the audio off that youtube video.

Fan on.

Makes the ringing feel less.

I can't sleep with it but for laying there relaxing i find pink noise great. It is less jarring on my ears than white noise.

I did trucking for a while and had to adapt to sleeping while the engine idling. First time out training I had a hard time with it.

Normally I like it quiet. I do like a fan sometimes but more for the breeze then the noise.

Try listening to that, and this at the same time. It's heaven for my ears, and more relaxing than a day at the beach.
