But you've never sought professional help, have you?

Just relax and take things one day at a time. Live life as you see fit - whatever works best for you and makes you happy. People are always making ignorant, hurtful remarks to others, but remember that is just one person's opinion - and opinions are like a$$holes - everybody's got one. If you find that certain people are often making these kinds of remarks towards you, those people are toxic, and their lashing out says more about them than it does about you. Consider the source(s), and try to have as little contact as possible from those toxic people in the future.

How about "you have challenges too dad, for example you're a dick".

What is a normal life, anyways? I have yet to meet anybody who's lived a normal life.

But you know where your difficulties are, much better than your Dad ever could.
Go and speak to your doctor about them; get something moving that will be a positive help to you.

People have different definitions of normal, as someone else said you're probably better of trying to be happy or to be as "normal" as you want to be.

If you want to get better at some things find ways to work on them, but if you're happy or you can't accept it and move on. Your life is your life, not someone else's, they don't have the right to dictate it for you or say what you need to be to be normal.
