1) I would present the driver's card and the cash that he withdrew from the ATM to him because I have my own card and money and thus, don't need to use his at all.

2) I would never answer a person's cellphone because it's a private thing just like his/her credit cards and SSN cards. Since most cellphones have voicemail, I'd let the phone ring continually until it picks up the caller's voice message.
