Yea thats how I wonder for my boyfriend, he has traits of it, but he has some other factors, now that he is changed a lot of his strong traits disappeared, or maybe he does but he if so he'd be mildly affected maybe it'd be pointless to get a diagnosis . Stress makes his issues worse, and being tired.

A lot of things can look like Asperger's on the surface. My partner has some issues too, but he's more OCD/anxiety. Bipolar can also look like Asperger's, if it's just Asperger's a professional diagnosis probably will not help you at this stage in life (better for kids who need extra help in school). If it's major anxiety or Bipolar than an official diagnosis might be helpful because these things sometimes warrant medication. This is a good quiz that can give you an idea http://rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php (However I personally know 3 people who are diagnosed bipolar who also scored as being Aspie.)

Thank you, you are too kind.
BTW, I was able to conceal a lot of stimming (at school anyway) unless I was very stressed from about 10-11 on. I just did it at home, but that subject raises lots of unpleasent memories at the moment.

Sincerely,
Matthew
