Having to touch something after washing my hands, unless I can put moisturiser on first.. I think washing them makes them more sensitive.
Velour. I can't touch velour. If I had to wear velour I'd scream myself unconscious.
Silence. My ears fill it with this odd whistling noise which drives me insane.
Boredom. My brain seems to want to fill it with thought. This is particularly dangerous for me.
Not being able to see what my kids are doing.
Being in a strangers house, or my parents house, or pretty much any house that isn't my own, with anyone that isn't my husband or child. Yeah that about sums it up.

-Whistling
-Eating noises, especially if they are REALLY loud and obnoxious
-Crowds
-Poorly written music/lyrics
-Talk radio
-Vacuum cleaners
-Ignorance/stupidity
-Unexpected touch
-Emotional displays...they make me so uncomfortable, and I never know how to handle them.

I am the same way. My mom won't turn on the air conditioning, and it took me 4 hours just to sleep last night. At my dad's house, it's a comfortable 60F :D

As for sinuses, I hate that too. I've only had allergies one spring and I hated going outside that year.

 Those of you in this thread who are intensely bothered by sounds, have you considered that you may have Misophonia. :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

People who slurp with their food.
Phones ringing and sirens going by.
Light scuffs, light touches. I try to respond to a light scuff on my left by deliberately scuffing my right.
Litter.

mostly problems with my own brain... i call them "suicide pains"
i also tend to be a recluse and self-isolate myself from friends, etc
not that that's even minor that's pretty major i think!! !
