Thank you for the thought. I think different people will find different ways to help them with their own issues.

For me:
Tip 1: I need a rough plan to both keep me on track but not make me feel too trapped & pressured.
Tip 2: That one does not feel good to me. What IS normal? In fact, normal is a label in itself and conjures up all sorts of potentially dangerous expectations of oneself that are unattainable and only leave a person feeling like a failure. I prefer to tell myself that it is ok to be me.
Tip 3: I believe this one can help, if one is able to do it, even for a short time, to help them navigate the NT World when they need to.
Tip 4: It is true that one can invest way too much time on their special interest in the sense that they don't get what they are meant to be doing done. I agree there should be an effort made to keep this in check, but certainly not eliminate it as it is an important stress-reliever and can become a person's career.
Tip 5: This might help to "hide" your aspie-ness from the World if that is important to you, true. This one is not for me, though. I just can't justify it, plus it makes me feel yuck the idea of buying over-priced clothes just so that others will think I "fit in". I like being me, and I prefer to pick whatever clothes I like. Generally the clothes I pick are fine, these days, though I have gone through some pretty crazy stages. I am getting to the age where it is less important how "trendy" I am though, so it is much easier now.
