I do not know if the lights will be a bother, if my brain is restless, I do turn on a softer light and read a bit as 1. it is more interesting than counting the paint texture on the wall again, and 2. it redirects my thinking to something else (the book). I am able to sleep about 70% of the time (statistic guess-ta-mated and not exact and may not be accurate) after a bit of relaxing reading.

Yeah I can hardly seem to sleep much...and when I do it takes for ever to get to sleep and then I just wake up repeatedly. I really don't want sleep deprivation hallucinations so I hope i can get some actual sleep tonight. Last time I went too long without much sleep which was on this horrid road trip I went on I started hearing things and things started getting pretty weird, not in a good way though....I don't want that again.
Anyways just a couple ideas that help me some....chamomille tea or this:
its got valerian in it I find it somewhat helpful but yeah not as helpful as I had hoped it would be, but don't bother with the regular sleepytime tea...well you can but I find it useless.
