Focusing Eyes In and Out as a Stim?

It somehow lowers the pressure, and if you're on an airplane, prevents your ears from 'popping'.

Oh, now I understand what you mean, I do that sometimes.
The Eye focus thing, I used to do a lot when I was a kid. I used to think that it was normal, something that everybody did
